Her expertise spans process enhancement, technology integration, and seamless new program implementation, all aimed at optimizing claims management. With 18 years of experience, Christine serves as a Vice President in the Casualty Claims Practice. She has a focused approach as a client advocate to identify and develop effective solutions to maximize cost containment and manage the Casualty related programs of her clients. Prior to joining Brown & Brown, Christine worked for Sedgwick as a Director of Client Services and CCMSI in various claims roles including Sr. Claim Manager with oversight of Southeast operations. During her career, Christine was responsible for a wide range of claims including workers compensation, auto liability and general liability. She has experience managing claims in a variety of industries including hospitality, retail, restaurant, waste management, warehouse, transportation, healthcare and PEO. Christine has presented as a speaker and moderator at the WCI Conference for the past 9 years and is part of the educational planning committee. Christine earned her Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies and Criminal Justice with a certification in Criminal Profiling from the University of Central Florida.
